Tudela-based company Alimentos Sanygran has announced the acquisition of the assets corresponding to the BIO and vegan line of Nutrition & Santé Iberia, in a transaction that includes the factory located in Castellterçol (Barcelona), the goodwill, the Natursoy brand and the distribution of third-party brands in the specialist BIO retail channel.
The deal also involves the integration of a team of 60 people, which will allow the Navarra-based company to expand its operational capacity and strengthen its expertise in the development, production and commercialisation of plant-based products, both in the ingredients and finished goods segments.

With this acquisition, Alimentos Sanygran advances its strategy of industrial consolidation and positioning across the entire value chain, with the goal of leading the plant protein sector in Spain. The transaction integrates new capabilities that complement its existing technological and productive platform, reinforcing its competitive position in a fast-growing market.
