The solution applied by this world leader in decentralised solar energy generation and energy efficiency has enabled the Sas Autosystemtechnick factories in Arazuri to reduce their energy consumption by 50%. The project consisted of the conversion and use of existing lighting and thermal control systems, and Schneider Electric, a multinational with a presence in the region, also participated in its development.

The world leader in decentralised solar energy generation and energy efficiency, GreenYellow, has completed its first project in Navarra in Spain. Specifically, it has managed to reduce the energy consumption of the two factories that Sas Autosystemtechnick has in the Arazuri industrial estate by 50%.

To achieve this, GreenYellow’s technicians have worked on the conversion and use of existing lighting and thermal control systems. A development for which they have also had the help and collaboration of Scheneider Electric, a multinational company with a presence in the region.

Nicolas Daunis, General Manager of GreenYellow Iberia (Spain and Portugal) was confident that, thanks to initiatives of this type, their customers will achieve savings “that will directly affect their profit and loss accounts”. Miguel Martín, Head of Engineering and Maintenance at Forvia, parent company of Sas Autosystemtechnick, confirmed that they have achieved good savings in gas and electricity consumption. “I am convinced that we will continue this good trend,” he said.
