President María Chivite set out to 35 technology companies Navarra’s ambition to consolidate itself as a European digital hub, during an institutional reception linked to CENDigital, the digital commission of the Navarre Business Confederation (CEN). The meeting underlined the public commitment to public–private collaboration, infrastructure roll-out and incentives to accelerate technological and industrial projects across the region.
Message to tech companies: a partner for scaling
Chivite stressed that the Regional Government aims to be a “technology partner” for businesses and to grow “through the lens of progress”, strengthening competitiveness and innovation with an administration ready and committed to digitalisation. The session serves as the starting point for a programme of success stories and trends planned for 2026.

Ecosystem and capabilities
Councillors Juan Luis García (Universities, Innovation and Digital Transformation) and Mikel Irujo (Industry and Ecological & Digital Business Transition) highlighted that digital transformation is a cross-cutting policy (Navarra Digital Strategy 2030), with support for business digital transition and enabling assets such as the IRIS Digital Innovation Hub, placed at the service of the productive fabric. Navarra also ranks among the European regions with very high connectivity, including rural areas.
Attendees included global tech firms (Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Salesforce, IBM, Oracle, Fujitsu), operators (Vodafone, Telefónica), banking (CaixaBank), major integrators (NTT Data, Ernst & Young, INDRA-Minsait, among others) and Navarrese companies such as Anteral, Cistec, CONASA, Helphone, Tedcas and Zabala Innovation Consulting, in addition to representatives from AIN, CEOE and CEN.

Launched by CEN in 2021, CENDigital has consolidated itself as a space for strategic collaboration: studies for SMEs, presentation of tractor projects to the Government, participation in forums, expert networking and dissemination of high-value content for the business community.
