The new tool located on Nasuvinsa’s official website is designed to provide easy access to a complete database of technical information and graphic documentation on all the industrial, logistics and multi-purpose assets that this public company has available for sale or lease in the region. Nasuvinsa thus joins, for the first time, the specialised offer through the Internet designed to respond to the demand and specific needs of the different sectors of economic activity and the business and professional sphere, both in the regional and international market.
The platform promoted by Nasuvinsa’s Industrial Sales area stands out for its innovative approach, incorporating the use of other audiovisual formats such as, for example, aerial images from a drone, which allow the industrial estates to be viewed with a high level of detail.
The videos are complemented by extensive and detailed documentation, including photographs taken with an aerial camera on which the plot, warehouse or property is superimposed.
The online search engine offers complete information on the type, location, surface area and use, whether industrial, logistics or multi-purpose, and also provides references of interest such as proximity to basic infrastructures or access to communication routes.
Nasuvinsa’s offer includes nearly 200 available plots, as well as warehouses and premises or offices in different states of construction, spread over 25 areas of economic activity throughout the region.
Alongside this web launch, a new corporate graphic identity has been presented, under the Nasuvinsa parent brand, which has been called Nasuvinsa Industrial, and which aims to serve as a unifying concept for the work carried out in this area by the different departments of this public company.
Nasuvinsa provides technical assistance for the development of the policies of the Government of Navarre in industrial matters, through the urban planning, construction and marketing of publicly-owned industrial estates and business parks.
