The Italian group Cold Chain Capital acquired the Peralta plant from Grupo K Refrigeración in December 2021 and, in just nine months, the workforce has gone “from thirty people to more than sixty” people, as reported by its commercial director Oscar León. The firm, which exports its products to more than seventy countries, mainly in Latin America and Europe, has investment plans for the factory. Specifically, León announced that “new diameters and geometries will be implemented” and part of the “machinery and tooling” will be updated. At the same time, the company’s “human strength” is growing “exponentially”.
Today, the main products marketed by the company are gas coolers and CO2 evaporators, as well as brine coolers and dry coolers up to twelve meters.
