The Navarra-based company, founded in 2017, teaches managers and professionals how to use technology to grow their businesses. Precisely, this line of business has allowed it to grow in double digits in recent years and to increase its workforce fivefold, which is currently made up of 16 employees. At the same time, it is finalising the move of its offices. “If everything goes as expected, we hope to be in our new headquarters by the end of the summer,” said the company’s managers.

“We hope to maintain our turnover growth of between 20 and 25% this year”. This is how Joseba Alfaro, manager of Valortic, put it when asked what the company’s next milestones could be. The company, founded in 2017, specialises in teaching managers and professionals how to use technology to grow their businesses. “The success of digital transformation in an organisation depends on its staff knowing how to correctly manage the technologies they have at their disposal,” added Alfaro.

It is precisely this line of work that has enabled the Navarre-based company to achieve double-digit growth in recent years and to increase its workforce fivefold, which currently consists of 16 employees. Specifically, Valortic closed 2022 with a turnover “close to one million euros” and a broad portfolio of customers including Nordex, MTorres, Ingeteam, Euskaltel, Eosol, Dimoldura, Florette and Bajamar.

In view of these figures, the company is also finalising the relocation of its offices. These are currently located in the municipality of Ansoáin, so their new location would be in the Rochapea district of Pamplona. “If everything goes as we hope, we expect to be in our new headquarters by the end of the summer,” said those in charge.
