Volkswagen Navarra

The Volkswagen Navarra plant, located in Landaben (Pamplona), closed the 2025 financial year with a net profit of €77.7 million, a figure very similar to that recorded the previous year, in a context marked by the industrial transition towards electrification.

During the past year, the company carried out investments worth €289.1 million, the highest annual investment in the more than 30-year history of the plant within the Volkswagen Group.

These investments have mainly been allocated to adapting the facilities for the production of new electric models, including the Škoda Epiq and the Volkswagen ID. Cross, representing a key step in the technological transformation of the Navarra factory.

A key plant within the group’s industrial network

In 2025, the Landaben plant recorded revenues of €3.49 billion, with 95% coming from vehicle sales and the remaining 5% from the commercialisation of body parts, components and spare parts.

In terms of production, the factory remains one of the most significant within Volkswagen’s global manufacturing network, ranking among the five plants with the highest production volume worldwide within the group.

Boosting Navarra’s industrial transition

The investment made in 2025 forms part of the plant’s modernisation and electrification process, which will support the launch of new models and strengthen its role within the group’s European electric mobility strategy.

For Navarra, Volkswagen’s activity represents one of the region’s main industrial and export drivers, contributing to the positioning of the territory as a European hub for advanced automotive manufacturing and industrial production.
