The Government of Navarra, through the Department of University, Innovation and Digital Transformation, has launched three funding calls totalling €2.55 million to strengthen innovation across the business sector. The schemes support the recruitment of research talent, the hiring of technology staff and knowledge transfer to companies, with a particular focus on SMEs.
Three open support schemes

Hiring of research and technology staff (€750,000): support for recruitment to take part in R&D and innovation activities and technology tasks linked to business projects. Deadline: until 30/01/2026.
SINAI vouchers for knowledge transfer (€200,000): grants enabling SMEs and UIEs to commission work from universities, technology centres, research centres and IRIS LAB, including technology scouting, feasibility studies, technology consultancy or validation of technologies/prototypes. Deadline: until 02/03/2026.
A direct boost to business innovation
These calls reinforce Navarra as a region that helps turn innovation into industrial application, supporting companies in attracting talent, delivering R&D and innovation projects and gaining fast access to the scientific and technological capabilities of the SINAI ecosystem. Together, they contribute to a competitive, collaborative environment for companies looking to grow, differentiate and speed up their route to market.
