- Sodena–Invest in Navarra centralizes, in a single strategic database, the available industrial land supply for new industrial investments and for companies already established in the region that are looking to expand or relocate within the territory.
- The system, designed as an internal-use tool, allows for the swift identification of assets in Navarra that best match the technical and strategic requirements of each investment project presented.
-
It currently includes plots and industrial buildings over 500 square meters distributed throughout the entire region of Navarra, although its managers plan to soon incorporate office spaces with the aim of offering a 360-degree service to companies or entities interested in developing their activity in Navarra.
In an increasingly competitive environment for attracting and consolidating investments, Navarra has taken a decisive step with the creation of an advanced tool that allows for the fast, precise, and personalized identification of available industrial land and buildings in the region.
Promoted by the Invest in Navarra team, the investment attraction unit of Sodena, a public company dependent on the Government of Navarra, this tool aims to become a key component of the location search service for industrial business projects, both national and international, interested in establishing operations in the region.
It can also be very useful for those companies already established in the region that, due to growth or diversification of their business lines, need to expand their headquarters or, if applicable, acquire a new plot or building to complement the work being carried out at their original production site — all without leaving the region.
“We are, ultimately, looking at a strategic database that allows us to offer faster and more tailored responses to what each project truly needs,” explains Iker Zaratiegui, project officer at Invest in Navarra.
In addition, the tool includes both public and private assets, and its maintenance relies on a collaborative network of local stakeholders. Nasuvinsa, the Government of Navarra, municipalities, business associations, real estate agencies, and local action groups actively contribute to the provision of information.
“We would like to thank all the economic and business actors who, by collaborating with us, help keep our tool fully up to date,” says Zaratiegui.
At the same time, this project officer at Invest in Navarra encourages “all private owners of industrial land and buildings to learn more and share data related to their assets as a way to showcase and promote these resources to an audience particularly interested in them.”

A PERSONALIZED SERVICE
The launch of the process begins with direct contact with the interested company to understand its needs. From there, Invest in Navarra activates its personalized search service. Thanks to the tool, its technical team can locate and filter available assets based on criteria such as location, surface area, availability of utilities, buildability, or the presence of specific features like overhead cranes. Subsequently, before presenting any proposal, Sodena confirms with the owner or manager of the property its availability and current condition, ensuring that the information is reliable, up to date, and useful for investors. Once the options are confirmed, they are presented to the client along with contextual information about Navarra as a favorable environment for investment. In this regard, as emphasized by Sodena’s Managing Director, Iñaki Larraya, “the industrial land and building locator adds to the broad portfolio of services offered by Invest in Navarra.” This portfolio includes key types of support highly valued by potential investors, such as access to grants and subsidies, assistance with permit processing, recruitment support, business creation advice, or a welcome plan that facilitates their establishment in Navarra. “In short, a comprehensive program of actions typical of a one-stop shop,” confirms Larraya. To access the full service, it is recommended to contact the Invest in Navarra team directly via the contact form or by calling 948 421 969.
