Both facilities will have a capacity of more than 52 MWp each and will therefore be able to meet the consumption of approximately 61,500 households. Located in Tudela and Castejón, the promotion, engineering and construction work will be carried out by Inver Renewables Manager. Enhol has also signed a project finance agreement with the Dutch financial institution Rabobank.

‘We remain committed to renewable energies and to the economic development of our region in order to continue to generate a positive impact with each of our actions,’ said Roberto Aguado, Enhol Group’s Director of Administration and Finance. He also said he was confident that its new energy centres would be fully operational ‘in the first quarter of 2025’.

Specifically, the two photovoltaic projects, which are already under way, are located in the Ribera de Navarra, in the south of the region. The first of these, ‘Ebro I’, in the municipality of Tudela, will have a capacity of over 52.33 MWp; the second, ‘La Nava’, will have a capacity of 52.42 MWp and will be located in the capital of the Ribera region. Both projects have their connection point at the La Cantera substation, located in the municipality of Tudela.

On the other hand, Grupo Enhol assured that it continues to work on investment in solar energy and the construction of new photovoltaic parks at a national and international level. ‘The common denominator of all the projects is their transformative potential and their non-conformist nature to move forward together towards a positive future for the planet and people,’ said those responsible, highlighting the financial sector’s support for this type of strategy in favour of renewable energies and the electricity market.
