“Our aim is to invest 160 million euros of our own funds in six sectors of activity by 2025”. This is how Amixalan’s chief Legal and Strategy officer, Amaia Go\u00f1i, put it. Her statements were made at the conference “Growth and roots, pillars of the development of our business fabric”. An event promoted by the Artizarra Foundation and its private equity manager Stellum Capital in collaboration with Caja Rural de Navarra, the public company Sodena and the Association for the Development of Family Businesses in Navarra (ADEFAN).<\/p>\n
Before the more than 200 guests gathered in Baluarte to attend this event, Go\u00f1i recalled the origins of the company. This was the sale, in 2022, of the company STI Norland for 570 million euros. “After that transaction we thought: What do we do? And finally we opted to continue building a project from scratch in which we could contribute our know-how”, explained Amaia Go\u00f1i.<\/p>\n
Thus, after its first year of activity, today Amixalan, which employs 170 people, has acquired three companies while it has collaborated in the creation of another five. With these figures in hand, Amaia Go\u00f1i expressed her confidence about the possibilities for the development and growth of her business idea. “We are a business group from Navarre; with roots in the region; we have in-depth knowledge of the public sector at regional, national and European level, as well as the business and industrial sector. We are also multi-sectoral,” he assured.<\/p>\n
