Its intention, therefore, is for the new production centre to be operational by 2024. In the meantime, the company is continuing with its expansion projects, which have led it to increase its workforce from two to the current nine employees.<\/h3>\n<p>Those responsible for the startup Bread Free reported that, among their next projects is to have a new factory where they can produce up to 24 tonnes of gluten-free wheat flour per day. Specifically, their aim is for this centre to be operational by September 2024. To this end, they hope to close an investment round of 1.3 million euros in the near future to cover this investment.<\/p>\n<p>In parallel to this development, the company has seen the consolidation of its business project.
