Founded over 50 years ago, Pay\u00e1n Hermanos is a family-owned company with a strong track record in the poultry sector, specialising in the processing and marketing of meat products. Its integration will enable Uvesa to expand its territorial footprint, particularly in Andalusia, and further optimise its production chain.<\/p>\n
Uvesa\u2019s Chairman, Antonio S\u00e1nchez, highlighted that this transaction represents \u201ca natural step\u201d in the group\u2019s evolution following its integration into MHP, in line with the objective of strengthening its subsidiaries and supporting their long-term development.<\/p>\n
