To achieve this, the cooperative is committed to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establishing strategic alliances with other players in the sector, such as its collaboration with the purchasing group Aside, whose network exceeds \u20ac300 million in aggregated volume.<\/li>\n<li>Attracting new members to strengthen the cooperative network and expand the reach of its activities.<\/li>\n<li>Developing an expansion plan both within Navarre and across the rest of Spain, with a strong focus on innovation and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Navarra\u2019s growing role in the cooperative\u2019s activity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The relocation reflects the increasing importance of Navarre in the cooperative\u2019s development: more than 40% of its members and a significant share of its activity were already concentrated in the region. In Beri\u00e1in, Synergas operates a 4,000 m\u00b2 logistics centre, from which it manages over 25,000 product references.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the cooperative has joined the Association of Social Economy Enterprises of Navarre (ANEL). According to its representatives, this partnership will facilitate digitalisation projects, the development of new services for members and the strengthening of the cooperative ecosystem from its Navarre base.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooperative roots and future outlook<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Synergas was founded in 2014 following the merger of the Gipuzkoa-based cooperative Unife and Iru\u00f1a Ferreteros, originally headquartered in Beri\u00e1in, bringing together two models with shared values and strong territorial roots.
